The Nucleosieve® Fungal DNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid and cost- effective extraction of DNA from all types of fungal samples .The kit provides the fastest and easiest way to purify fungal DNA for reliable use in amplification technologies.Samples are lysed with the aid of glass beads. The silica membrane spin column ensures complete removal of all inhibitors of PCR and other enzymatic reactions.This kit utilizes specialized buffers to remove humic substances and other inhibitors from fungal and sediment samples.
Compatible With Multiple Sample Types
Compatible with wide variety of samples including filamentous fungi, yeast, molds and different fungal tissues from mycelium to spores. This kit is ideal for DNA extraction from environmental samples such as soil, water, or air where fungal DNA is present in small quantities.
